The inaugural event featured a leading executive, Raheela Gill Anwar, who shared her story and provided practical advice on navigating, balancing and excelling at a "big career" while raising "little kids" in today's world.

Raheela has over 25 years of experience in executive outplacement and financial services. Her former roles include leadership positions at The Ziegler Companies and The Northern Trust Corporation, and she is a featured TEDx speaker. Raheela holds a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Chicago and a Bachelor of Arts in molecular biology and French literature from Northwestern University.
